Pagosa Springs Medical Center will make every effort to assist you with any questions you may have when you first enter our doors. It is important that you have a current insurance card and driver’s license at every visit, and each time you receive care at our facility, you will be assigned a different account number for that visit.
When you have received care at our hospital, we will file a claim with your insurance company, and after your insurance has determined any amount due from you, you will begin receiving billing statements from us. Other services that involve charges, such as ambulance services, radiology, and physicians’ services, will be billed separately.
